I am actually blown away by this beer. A Creamsicle in a glass. Juicy orange aroma with a hint of spicy yeast. Lightly sweet and fruity with plenty of blood orange, and some grapefruit. Pours a rosy tinged cloudy amber with a small wispy ring of head. P

An interesting take on a quad that lacks the elegance of true Belgian offerings. It's missing the complexities of good yeast, devoid of any hop spiciness, and no breadiness. More like a melted cherry lollipop with a bit of caramel malt. Disappointing.

It does have a robust roast coffee nose and even a bit of woody smoke. It also pours a rich looking opaque brown with an ample tan head. It even has a decent flavor, similar to the aroma. It’s fatal flaw is heinous lack of body. This comes across as stout

A solid brown that leans heavily on coffee undertones. Pours dark reddish-brown with a resilient rocky tan head. Some molasses in there too. Earthy dry finish.

More like a session IPA. The article says 8%; its definitely not. Hoppy, but not overly resiny. Decent floral notes with hints of berry. Malt backbone is weak here though. Comes across as hop seltzer.

Nice banana wheat cracker aroma. Pours clear golden with a weak fizzy head. Flavor is underpowered and over carbonated. Fizzy beer water. Needs some body.

Boring blonde. Lightly hazy with a thin wispy ring of head. I like the aroma, which reminds me of cooked oatmeal with a faint hint of honey. Not flawed, just not exciting. Mild wheaty malt. Dry and clean.

Strong toffee aroma out of the gate. You can smell it a foot away from the glass. Balanced flavor profile with a light hop rise near the end. Pours clear amber with a small white head. Perhaps some muted winter spices in there,perhaps yeast

A malty affair that would be more at home in the foothills of central England than NC. Note shows ample espresso notes with a pinch of hops peeking through. Nice full soft mouthfeel with a touch of sourness from the wine barrels it is aged in.

On tap at brewery. Pours clear golden with a thick, small-bubbled white head. Mellow balanced Pale with a bitterness that rises in the finish. Not bad, but try their English ale which marries the malt backbone with the hop floral notes.
