We have used both McKenzie and Vista hops separately in the past, so we thought now would be the perfect time to try them together. A familiar malt base with local grains from Carolina Malt House and Riverbend, hit with 2lb/bbl with our selected Mosaic in the whirlpool, and finished with another 2lb/bbl dry hops of McKenzie and Vista. We get strong tropical and hop resin notes on the nose, followed by mixed berries, citrus, and a hint of resin bitterness to balance it all out. Read Less
