I have brewed up an Indian inspired spiced mango sour using 40 grams per litre of pureed mango, dry-hopped with Mosaic and spiced with cardamom, coriander and kaffir lime leaves. This is the ultimate in spiced mango vibes.

This beer was brewed because I love a good curry and even more slathered in the perfect condiment…mango chutney. A little bit sweet, a little bit sticky, a little bit spicy, a little bit sour and unmistakably ‘mangoey’!

I hope this beer brings you joy and if I could make one suggestion when drinking it, wash it down with a poppadum.

I’m a huge fan of New England IPA’s so when I got the opportunity to do my first brew on our trial kit this was the style I was looking to perfect.

I have heavily hopped the beer with a trio of flavourful varieties using Vic Secret, Simcoe and Idaho 7 hops. Aromas of passion fruit, orange and apricot give way to subtle notes of pine and black tea.

A soft creamy mouth feel with an initial hit of tropical fruit fades to a piney resinous bitterness.

Embrace the haze, embrace the hops.

This DIPA is brewed using sherbet lemons... crushing them up and adding them in the boil to dissolve all the lemony goodness!

Backed up by a slight tartness coming from the overnight kettle sour and the 16g/L dry hop you get a huge hit of flavours, balanced off with a good body, high abv% and added oats to smooth it out.

It’s big, bold and of course very lemony!

Our variant of Ocean Hue is a straight up 3.9% gose. Brewed using puffed jasmine rice to give the beer a beautiful light colour and flavoured with passion fruit and lychee purée. Finally finished off with flaked sea salt and seaweed.

A fruity breakfast juice beer with a lovely salty lip smacking end.

I spent a week in Germany in early May soaking up the local culture, food and of course beer. So many classic beer styles to try but one I did not get when visiting Berlin was a Berliner Weisse.

Given my disappointment about not getting one there I thought I’d brew one up myself. So here is mine……a 4.0% refreshingly tart beer which I have flavoured with elderflower to cut through the sour flavours and offer a clean sweet finish to the beer.
