My best home brew to date. It has only taken 3 years. I first taped March 22, 2019. Mouth feel is spot on medium. Chocolate/Coco is deep and layered. Presents of cinnamon is Mexican hot chocolate perfect. Real vanilla beans…so good. Peppers 🌶 👌

Very close to my target profile. With the Mexican cocoa and cinnamon flavors. The vanilla president threw out. Chili pepper is at the end.

Stuart MacDiarmid: In NZ we blend Hop Zombie, a dould, by Epic, and 8 Wired iStout, an imperial. The Malthouse once served a keg of it called iZombie.
Lars: Stuart M. My Homebrew had a major improvement. The chocolate by Southern tier brewing is just an outstanding Dessert beer.

No rating just a progress taster. It has a respectable start. Just a few more month’s to go. I put 1 gal. on an American oak spiral medium char. Transferring off the oak to a second keg after tasting. The devilment of flavors continues.
