7-15-11 Lovely pear tart aroma, very homey, subtly spicy. Sweet apple cobbler flavor, lightly spicy. Really brings to mind an apple dessert pastry, but stays light in the mouth and the finish is gently tart. Very well balanced and crazy drinkable
