The Big Fellow

The Big Fellow is craft and family meadery. We chose "Trójniak’s" because, thanks to its alcohol content and drinkability, our meads can successfully compete with wines. Relying fully on nature, we do not use food dyes, aromas, preservatives, or clarifying agents commonly used in winemaking (such as gelatin or chicken proteins). We can afford not to use them due to the very long ageing period, which lasts at least a year before bottling. We successfully use ecological juices to produce flavoured meads with cherry juice, raspberry juice and elderflower. We hope that thanks to you, meads will return to our tables. Show Less
