Named for the call of the illusive Sasquatch our IPA has a crisp, floral citrus taste with a bitter finish. We use three different base malts including Montana grown malted barley along with three hop additions of Chinook, Cascade, and Citra.  We end by dry hopping with an abundant amount of Citra and Cascade.

Some say if you hear Sasquatch tree knocking it is the last thing you will hear, some still search for it.  Knock Knock. Read Less

A part of our Sasquatch series Wood Knocker IPA is a take on our flagship Tree Knocker IPA. Squatch are illusive beasts and live most of their lives in solitude but when they need to get together they always can find each other by their knock. Out west they call this a Tree Knocker but up in New England it is known as the Wood Kncoker. Give it a try and see if you can catch a glimpse of a squatch.

Wood Knocker focuses on the juiciness and flavor of hops rather than bitterness. Brewed with a combination of three different base malts, oats and a touch of wheat lend a hand in softening the mouthfeel. Wood Knocker packs aroma and flavor from top to bottom. Read Less
