Often our beer names come from our full contact under water basket weaving league...this one however comes from the process. This delicious little treat is the result of three different whirlpool additions, each with equal parts of Citra, Mosaic, and Galaxy. Then it gets a nice dose of the same equal parts in dry hop. In a galaxy far far away we found this bad ass little baby alien and we figured we would help take care of it. We weren't sure what it would drink so we tried vegetable based smoothie, fruit juice, water, no matter what it would not drink. We decided to stick with what we know which is NEIPA! Baby Yoda's Juice peppers in that joyful Galaxy hop that he can't get enough of. We can't promise an increase in your Midichlorians, but it is one outstanding beverage! It might be true this beer was brewed during full contact under water basket weaving (its not true) but regardless it is impressive. Piriform Cortex relates to olfaction, which is the perception of smell. This beer knocks it out with Citra, Galaxy, and Ella. Aromas of pineapple and peach with a floral hint (thats right....we can write!). Easy drinking but gets the job done with....lets see how do we describe a soft mouth feel without sounding gross....well that works. For the Idiocracy fans...It has what plants crave :). Regardless of how you feel about NEIPA, it is a solid beer that you are sure to enjoy...If not, we enjoy it and we will sure drink it. Cheers! Read Less

Thing 1 is your juicy Hazy IPA that has one of the most incredible aromas that makes you want to rub it on your upper lip like chapstick so you can smell it ALL DAY LONG! Marcus has the GENIUS idea to let Palisade hops come play at this party and boy we are glad he did, they bring that nectar and citrus punch.

Thing 2...Dank West Coast beauty! Polar opposite of Thing 1 this baby brings the SMACK of a powerful but balanced bitterness you want with a crisp finish. Now don't think that we didn't dry hop, just because this beauty is crisp and clear, your still going to get those amazing aromatic notes that remind you why you spend half your pay check on craft beer (okay maybe more than half for some of us).

Now in honor of Thing 1 and Thing 2 and the great Dr. Seuss...I will drink beer here or there, I will drink beer everywhere. Cheers!

You like Nequilibrium huh.....Well then you will like this twice as much. Same format of equally distributed hops in the whirlpool and dry hop additions, but this one is punched up to almost 10% ABV, and it is sneaky because you would never guess it. We know you will love it, but in other news our full contact under water basket weaving team is in the finals so make sure you cheer for us. Another side question, when Donald Duck comes out of the shower he always has a towel on, which is good because it is a kids show, but the puzzling part is when he is dressed he never has pants, just that blue shirt and his hat.....explain that one!

Not only is this one probably alright, it is freaking awesome. Pauly is building up his dream beer and this one has to be damn close. Started with a base of Pale Planet malt keeping it light and crisp. Primary boiling hop was the one and only Cascade, but during flame out it got a dose of Citra and Simcoe. Who would be dumb enough to put 3 lbs of butterscotch candy in 15 gallons of Brown Ale.....well that would be us. But, don't be scared, it is subtle for sure. The base is the same here as the Breakfast Brown Ale, but no coffee swam in here, only butterscotch and the blend of roast with a hint of sweet we think landed just right.

Usually about here we would talk about full contact under water basket weaving....but we are in the off season. Or we would talk about Jazzy who always reads these to the end, but instead we will close with a riddle....Forward I am heavy but backward I am not...what am I :)

SMASH stands for Single Malt and Single Hop. This little beauty is as simple as they come with the single grain being Pale Planet from our good friends at TBI Pro Brew Supply and the one....the only CTZ (Columbus/Tomahawk/Zues) hop. We love this hop because it has a bite to it which works on the resinous bitter element we wanted, but since we also did 2 late additions and a dry hop, you get the well rounded flavor and aroma as well. Let us break it down for you. Lite Brite V1 was the first brew from the triangle of Misfit/Thirsty Hermit/Stovetop brewing. It went awesome. You all loved what came out, so we decided to do it again. We took everything that you loved about the last one and we did some minor tweaks and changed up the hops. V2 used all Lotus and Citra and increased the amount across the board. The aroma is outstanding, if we could we would have it vented into the bar 24/7. The flavor comes in as almost sweet oranges with a floral hint on the back. The tweaks that were done resulted in a better mouthfeel and body supporting all that great aroma and taste. This team is cranking out the good stuff!! Read Less

There are only so many people that can handle the Haze Life. It is that relaxed, friendly, peace of mind that lives on the sweet nectar of life...hops! This hazy IPA is from the same malt and water profile as Simply Haze but changed up hops, this time we did over 6lbs per barrel of Citra and El Dorado. Together this beer has an outstanding fruit forward aroma and taste that will not disappoint.
