May 19. 330ml bottle. Bit sweet, some indistinct medicinal notes, floral elderflower, apple mush, plasters / bandage. Not winning me over I'm afraid.

May 19. 330ml bottle. Murky brown appearance, with scrumpy aromatics, continuing to taste with a farmyard scrumpy character, coarse tannins, bright acidity, barnyard funk, juice juice. Good down to earth cider. Like it.

Well made local cider. Not convinced that Egremont Russets go well with elderflower. Will look forward to trying their other cyders

I like elderflower, this is great! Strong, boozy, juicy, full on punchy flavour of sweet elderflower blended well with fresh tasting oakey cider apple. Slightly dry on aftertaste but subtle. Moreish Sweet as Lilleys but with more fresh and natural flavour

Like an East anglian version of good old fashioned Cornish Scrumpy. Flat, Strong (doesn't taste like it) dry and rustic cider. Lovely Oakey aged, fresh apple flavour. Thirst quenching and dry. Good cider. If you like shite like Bulmers this isn't for you.

Second half the bottle, different day, different flavour, has mellowed a little and although still dry, has a good strong flavour. I like this 😊

When they say dry they mean dry! Strong, flat and dry russet apple proper cyder. Not up to the class of Nightingale, but still excellent if you like dry cider. Recommend drinking it with food though, especially pork, obviously. 🐖 DRY 😂
