Our go-to hazy IPA pours a beautiful, light yellow-orange hue into a glass and gives off some seriously appetizing aromas of fresh tropical and citrus fruits, ripe melon, and juicy stone fruits.

Restrained bitterness and a large proportion of malted wheat and oats in the mash give this gentle, easy-drinking beer a soft, mellow mouthfeel.

Late kettle and whirlpool hop additions and a double-dose of dry-hopping with some of our favorite varietals saturate this tasty brew with wonderful fruity hop aromas and flavors that carry through to a juicy, refreshing finish that is sure to make you hoppy.

We get notes of tangerine, zumo de naranja, juicy mango, drippy papaya chunks, ripe melon, apricot, peach cup, geraniums, red berries, and a gentle kiss of fresh, dank, pine. Read Less

Brewed with Milk Sugar | Conditioned on Guava, Mango, Papaya, & Vanilla

Tropical Milkshake IPA is a beer that will take your taste buds on a journey to a hidden oasis, where the sweet essence of succulent mango groves and guava laden trees intermingles with the intoxicating scent of sun-ripened papayas and rich, creamy vanilla.

This hazy, bright orange, imperial IPA was brewed with pale barley and wheat malts, fluffy oats, and a touch of milk sugar to give it a super soft, pillowy mouthfeel.

Mega doses of a tropical fruit-forward hop blend were added to the whirlpool and again in the fermenter to lend their fruity aromas and flavors and juicy character as opposed to hop bitterness.

Tropical Milkshake IPA was then conditioned on an abundance of pink guava, juicy mango, and tropical papaya post fermentation to complement the fruit-forward dry hop aromatics. We also added Madagascar vanilla to enhance the creamy “milkshake” character of this easy drinking, juicy brew.

So, grab your flip-flops, kick back, and indulge in this decadent treat and let the velvety smoothness, juicy fruit explosion, and tropical vibes transport you to your island dreamscape.

Brewed with Milk Sugar | Conditioned on Toasted Coconut, Pineapple, Mandarin Orange, & Madagascar Vanilla

We designed the flavor profile of this juicy imperial IPA to be reminiscent of Ambrosia Fruit Salad — that wonderfully unique, dessert-like concoction of pineapple chunks, orange slices, coconut flakes, and marshmallows.

Ambrosia Milkshake IPA is delightfully easy drinking and is soft and gentle on the pallet while delivering an abundance of fruity hop flavor with very little perceived bitterness.

During fermentation, we dry hopped this hazy, bright orange IPA with a blend of Waimea, Azacca, & Sabro.

Post fermentation we conditioned this tasty brew on Mandarin orange, pineapple, toasted coconut chips, and Madagascar vanilla.

We get notes of Ambrosia fruit salad, toasted coconut pie, sweet pineapple chunks, orange juice, and tropical cocktail by the beach. Read Less

Restrained bitterness and heavy additions of malted wheat and oats in the mash give this brew a soft, rounded mouthfeel that flows into a super juicy finish.

Large back-end hop additions and a double-dose of dry-hopping provide this beer with intense hop aromas and flavors that resonate with the tropical mango and Madagascar vanilla.

This Imperial NEIPA was brewed with a large portion high protein specialty grains which give it a beautiful hazy appearance and softer mouthfeel. It was double dry hopped with 2 southern hemisphere hop varietals, Souther Passion & Motueka, that lend big fruity aromas ranging from stone fruit, to melon, to tropical fruits, with some bright citrus thrown in the mix. We are releasing Never Forget again this year to pay our respects to the victims of the horrific 9/11 tragedies and to honor the brave and selfless first responders.

Proceeds from this tribute brew will be donated to the amazing @Tunnel2Towers organization.

Never Forget is a hazy, juicy, Imperial IPA brewed and double dry hopped with a blend of the finest hops the USA has to offer.

The grist contains plenty of wheat and oat malt which give this brew a soft, medium body and the hop bitterness is restrained to maintain a highly drinkable, juicy character throughout.

We get notes of tropical fruits (dried candied mango, guava juice, papaya chunks, passion fruit smoothie), citrus fruits (grapefruit zest, freshly squeezed orange), stone fruits (ripe apricots, peach nectar), mixed berries, & undertones of dank piney goodness. Read Less

Blueberry Milkshake IPA presents itself as a symphony of sensations, with sweet blueberry aromas and flavors taking center stage, supported by an ensemble of creamy vanilla and fruity hops.

This delicious purple treat is loaded with protein rich wheat and oats along with a touch of milk sugar to give it a super soft, pillowy mouthfeel.

Hops were reserved for the whirlpool and the fermenter so they would lend their juicy fruit forward aromas and flavors while imparting very little perceived hop bitterness.

We conditioned this hazy brew on heaps of sweet blueberries post fermentation along with Madagascar vanilla to enhance its creamy “milkshake-like” character.

We get notes of sweet blueberry milkshake, rich, creamy vanilla, blueberry muffins, fluffy oats, mixed berries, floral arrangement, blueberry hard candies, and wild berry pop tart filling.

Valentine’s Day Milkshake IPA is the perfect sweet treat to share with your loved one.

For this special, annual, holiday brew, we scaled up our Imperial Milkshake IPA recipe to triple strength and loaded it with even more hops and delicious fruit.

This hazy, full-bodied, triple IPA pours a vibrant, purplish-red hue into a glass and develops a beautiful crown of light pink foam that facilitates a billowing of sweet and creamy aromas of mixed berries and vanilla milkshake.

Valentines Day was brewed with a base of pale barley malts, protein rich malted oats and wheat, and a touch of milk sugar. It was hopped in the whirlpool and again in the fermenter with huge charges of Cryo Mosaic hops and then cold conditioned on an abundance of strawberry, blueberry, blackberry, and Madagascar vanilla.

We get notes of creamy vanilla gelato, crushed blueberries, juicy strawberries, blackberry compote, fruit candy, tropical hops, fluffy oats, and berries & cream parfait. Read Less

This classic Bavarian-style lager is a showcase for delicate, bready, Pilsner malt sweetness harmoniously balanced by floral, spicy, and herbal noble hop character.

Source of Cheers was fermented clean and dry with our favorite German lager yeast strain and then spent many weeks cold conditioning in one of our dedicated horizontal lagering tanks prior to packaging.

The result is a brilliant, light-golden lager that has enough finesse to be quaffed by the liter mug or slow sipped and appreciated for its authentic German lager flavor profile.

Expect a light body, low-medium bitterness, a balanced malt and noble hop profile, and a super crispy, refreshing finish. Read Less

Medium-bodied, restrained bitterness, a soft pillowy mouthfeel, and bursting with hoppy aromas are how we would describe this dangerously drinkable 9% ABV brew.

One of our favorite NEIPAs we've brewed to date is making a much anticipated comeback for this week's triple can release! This time around we pushed the limits on expressing that beloved Citra hop character even further and we are thrilled with the resulting juicy goodness!

After cracking open a can your senses will be bombarded with a delightful myriad of citrus and tropical fruit aromas -- think bright orange, ripe mango, pink grapefruit, lychee, lime, and gooseberry.

Tipsy Elves isn't your typical, holiday, spiced ale. The aroma of this festive brew is dominated by freshly roasted coffee, which presents itself as notes of roasted almond, chocolate mousse, and rum cake over a base of sweet, cereal malt flavors of graham cracker, toasted oats, and pie crust.

We cold conditioned this triple cream ale on freshly roasted coffee beans, Saigon cinnamon sticks, and a dash of cracked nutmeg and the resulting brew is a coffee lovers delight, reminiscent of sipping a thick, holiday spiced latte.

Tipsy Elves was brewed with milk sugar and drinks with a full body and enough sweetness to balance the alcohol warmth at a staggering 12% ABV.

We get notes of freshly roasted coffee beans, creamy vanilla latté, cocoa, graham cracker pie crust, sweet cinnamon, toasted oats, and roasted chestnuts drizzled in honey. Read Less

Last year we brewed this hoppy and hazy Imperial IPA as a special tribute to Eli Manning’s career with the @nygiants.

Many fans asked us if if we had any intentions on brewing it again and we said we’d brew it again in 5 years once Eli gets inducted into the @nfl Hall of Fame.

Well, it might still be a few more years for the NFL Hall of Fame honors, but Eli will be inducted into the 2020 class of New Jersey’s Hall of Fame this weekend, so we thought it was a perfect time to bring this delicious brew back ?!

Source of Light was brewed with 100% premium German malts and hopped several times in the kettle with one of our favorite New Zealand hop varietals - the bright and zesty, citrus-forward Motueka.

We then hopped this crushable lager again with more aromatic Motueka hops in the fermenter before transferring it to horizontal lagering tank for a long, cold-conditioning slumber.

The result is a brilliantly golden, light-bodied brew with smooth bitterness, hop-dominated aromas and flavors, and a clean, dry, crisp finish that makes it hard to put down.

This mighty ale pours an opaque black hue and forms a beautiful, long-lasting head of dark brown foam.

It boasts layers of complex aromas and flavors ranging from toasty bread, sweet cereal malts, figs, dates, caramelized sugar, baker’s chocolate, and espresso. Additional aromas will begin to waft out of the glass as it begins to warm, showcasing its depth.
