"Fidelis in Naturam, In Artem Fidelis" is the motto of ShawneeCraft. It means "True to Nature, True to the Craft". It's a summary of our values and the ideal to which we aspire. We call this the Fidelis Philosophy. Our brewery sits in fertile bottomland along the wild and scenic Delaware River, in the heart of historic Shawnee Village, flanked on all sides by thick forests and protected hillsides. We take our inspiration from nature, and we practice our craft with respect. Our brewers follow the tradition of centuries to produce small-batch, hand-made beers - often aged for months or years in oak barrels - the the enjoyment of a select few, and all in keeping with the Fidelis Philosophy.
