There is a nice oak character with a sweet chocolate. The earthy and somewhat salty note has become slightly metallic. The carbonation is almost nonexistent. A carbonic bite will help.

Forgot about this. It's been sitting at almost 20 psi for a month. Finally has plenty of carbonation. The cinnamon and cardamom levels have gone done some but have blended to become nice low spice note which goes well with the brown bread flavor

Yup, original batch. Adam says he has 1 more bottle left. It has a little vinegar smell. Still appley and tart, yet a acidic and slight apple coder vinegar undertone. All drinkable, but for how long? Better drink that last bottle soon.

Newest batch brewed in mid 2023. Low carbonation today. There was oak and booze with a light metallic twang and a little mineral salt.
