We brewed this IPA specifically for those that are endlessly searching for unique hop flavor and aromatic expression. Intensely aromatic, Shatter Cone features a bouquet of strawberry, stonefruit, melon, and citrus. The palate is bright, crisp, and acidic with a punch of clean bitterness which gives way to a lemon/orange and concord grape profile overlaid on a neutral malt canvas.

Behind The Name
A shatter cone is a rare geological feature that is naturally formed when a meteorite impacts bedrock. The high pressure, high velocity shock wave of this large explosion leaves a distinctive cone impression in the earth. In a similar fashion, the unique blend of hops in our Shatter Cone IPA will leave an indelible impression on your palate, shattering the status quo of what you can expect in an IPA. Read Less

This IPA is an IPA for hop heads. Each hop is loaded with essential oils redolent of tropical fruit, citrus, and pine. Built upon a luxurious malt foundation and dry-hopped with Mosaic, Simcoe and Azacca, Megathrust bursts with flavors of mango, pineapple, papaya, and tangerine. This incredibly well-balanced IPA with a slick oily mouthfeel and the warmth of 7.5% ABV create an experience that demands a return trip. Enjoy!

Behind The Name
The Megathrust earthquake is the largest of all forms terrestrial tectonic activity. These occur when two crustal plates collide creating immense seismic activity. The Ring-of-fire beneath the Pacific Ocean is the preeminent source for this class of earthquake. Brewed with nearly 200 pounds per brew of Mosaic, Simcoe and Azacca hops, this IPA is a tropical hop monster truly befitting the name Megathrust. The Legend has returned!!!

A long time fan and team favorite, Namazu Pale Ale is returning in a slightly bigger, but just as delicious package! We layered some caramel malts and malted wheat for added body and complexity over previous versions of the beer, bringing the ABV up a bit to 6%. We then topped it all off with a massive dry hop of Cashmere, Mosaic, Belma, Simcoe and Cascade bringing all of the strawberry, citrus, piña colada and ripe melon notes. Hop lovers will delight at the full flavor and aroma of a vibrant IPA, but in an approachable and sessionable Pale Ale package. Read Less

We enhance this delicate-yet-delicious flavor profile with floral hop nobility and a distinct San Francisco sourdough character to create an homage to the traditional Kölsch beer with a modern twist.

Behind The Name
A brew best described as liquid satisfaction, it was inspired by liquefaction, a phenomenon in which saturated soil collapses under the force of an earthquake, changing it completely. This Kölsch style ale uses 100% traditional German ingredients, keeping it true to style, and pairs well with just about any food or situation you can throw at it. After a full-day brewing beer, a pilsner is the go-to beer for most on our team. This pilsner was brewed for our crew and all our fellow brewers out there! Inspired by the traditional pilsners of Northern Germany, Alluvium is brewed with 100% California grown and malted barley to get the crisp, clean finish that is a hallmark of German Pilsner. Generously hopped, Alluvium is aromatically imbued with spicy noble hops and a pleasantly bitter finish. Prost!

Behind The Name
There’s a name for the rich sediment that you feel between your toes as you wade into the Russian River on a beautiful, sunny day in Sonoma County. It’s called alluvium, and the way it travels, spreading a little bit of Sonoma County to other communities, was the inspiration for our refreshing pilsner. It is the perfect companion for a day in the sun no matter where you call home. The quality of our process and the sustainability that we practice can be tasted in every sip of Alluvium.

This beer is as local as it gets utilizing 100% California grown and malted barley. This beer goes from field to fermenter in less than 150 miles! California grown, malted, brewed and enjoyed, all make for a true California pilsner!

Our oatmeal stout, dense and creamy, aged for 2 years in bourbon barrels. Six different malts and two different kinds of oats are used to make this contemporary version of a pub classic. Lighter in bitterness than traditional American Stout, oatmeal stout is a hat tip to more English versions of the style. Combined with the vanilla, coconut and toffee characteristics of 6-12 year old bourbon barrels, this is a powerhouse combo for beer and whiskey lovers alike.

Behind the Name:
Impermeable rocks are those through which neither fluid, gas, nor Light can pass through. Similar to these kinds of rocks, this inky black stout consumes all of the light that tries to pass through your glass. Despite it’s dark and brooding appearance, this bourbon barrel-aged Oatmeal stout brings a world of flavor and aroma, with rich notes of chocolate, toasted coconut, toffee, vanilla and Fresh coffee. NITRO ONLY. This is not a Russian Imperial Stout; it’s actually an Irish Export Stout which features dark malts, but no roasted barley and less bittering hops overall. The result is a powerful expression of malt flavors ranging from honeycomb to espresso and bittersweet cocoa. The yeast profile is lightly fruity and warming from the substantial alcohol. With a full year of maturation time in premium bourbon barrels, everything has mellowed and integrated together nicely. The bourbon (which was 6-12 years old) imparts its own characteristics of cherry fruit, toasted coconut, vanilla, and tobacco.

Behind the Name:
That’s no moon… It’s a fully operational bourbon Barrel-aged imperial stout! We took our Deep Tectonic Imperial Irish Export Stout and laid it away in bourbon barrels for a full 12 months, and then nitrogenated it to create tiny cascading bubbles of creamy goodness. The result is a BIG hop expression of bright citrus, fruit punch and floral hoppy goodness.
