When tax time approaches we always make a point to rewatch the episode of the Simpsons - "The Trouble with Trillions", in which, after being audited, Homer has to find out where Mr. Burns is hiding the Trillion Dollar Bill. Aside from just being a Simpsons reference, we also wanted to honor a great friend and customer of the brewery, Bill Barker.

If you've been in the taproom, chances are good that you've met Bill before. We brewed this IPA (his favorite style) with Citra, Citra Cryo, and a touch of Columbus as a thanks for his continued support throughout our first 1.5 years in business. Cheers, Bill! Read Less

Once upon a time, a certain brewer at Second Sin bought a new pair of shorts for work. When he put them on to wear them the first time, something seemed a little off. The material just wasn't right and the pockets were made of mesh. Everyone around was convened to weigh in on the shorts but none could agree whether they were, in fact, shorts or if a bathing suit was purchased by mistake. Legend has it that that brewer still wears the Bathing Suit Shorts to this day. Oh, it's also the name of our DDH NEIPA hopped with El Dorado, Citra, and Mosaic. Read Less

Look to the Cookie is our black-and-white cookie inspired Imperial Stout, brewed with liquid and whole Cacao nibs in addition to a ton of Madagascar vanilla beans.

This beer is thick and rich, with very low carbonation to accentuate the viscosity. The aroma from the glass is like opening a fresh bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips, and it has full flavors of chocolate syrup and fudgy vanilla. We've brewed a lot of IPAs since we opened, but until now we've never added fruit to them. Well, that has changed with the beer in your hand - Go, Mango Man, Go! We started with a typical-for-us NEIPA recipe and conditioned it on almost 200 pounds of mango puree, before blasting it with the most mango-forward hops we could find - Citra, Simcoe, and Azacca. This beer is lightly tart with a full mango flavor - both from the actual fruit and the hops. Enjoy! Read Less
