A big, bold 6.5% West Coast IPA. Introducing.... "The 101," our first West Coast IPA and the 2nd beer in our Back to the Lab Series!


At 65 IBU, “The 101” was brewed with 2 Row Barley and honey malt, then hopped with Chinook, Simcoe, Mosaic, and whole hop Citra. We then dry hopped it with Simcoe, Mosaic, and Citra.


Expect big bursts of citrus fruits and grapefruit rind. There are refreshing citrus, floral, and mango notes on the nose, with smooth tropical fruit on the front, and a big, smooth bitterness on the back. Read Less

It’s the War Daddy we all know and love with a new spin on it.

During the brewing process, we used Costa Rican Cascara (it’s the fruit that coffee beans are inside of) and threw some lactose into the mix… voila. Cascara Latte War Daddy.

This beer is complex! At an ABV of 10% and a 55 IBU, it has new fruit notes such as apple and peach from the cascara and sweetness from the lactose that really smooths out the bitterness from the coffee. Read Less
