Restoration Cider Co. is a small, veteran-owned business based in Madison, Wisconsin. We fell in love with cider in Northwest Spain, where making complex, dry, refreshing cider is a centuries old tradition. Unable to find Spanish Cider in the US or any dry ciders true to the fruit and to cider making traditions we decided to do it ourselves. We produce much drier ciders made from Wisconsin apples in small batches in Madison WI. We are also a business with a higher calling. After deploying overseas with the US military and seeing the human impact of warfare firsthand the founder needed to reconcile his experiences. He sought solace and beauty and found it fly fishing the spring creeks of the Driftless area. He credits the beauty of the Driftless with healing powers that helped him remember the beauty of the world around him. The Driftless is our sanctuary and we want to use the brand to protect and promote it. We vow to us 5% of profits towards the Restoration of streams and the healing powers they posses. Show Less
