Brewed in collaboration with Bent Paddle Brewing Company in Duluth, MN.

This was our first big porter release back in 2017, and have since then improved our process across the recipe. This time around we blended ten-month-old Buffalo Trace Bourbon barrel aged beer to our recipe's base, used malts with more roast character, then followed it up with subtle amounts of ancho chilis and cinnamon, with a heavy dose of toasted cacao nibs and vanilla beans. Rich and decadent, with big round chocolate character, followed by a slight character of cinnamon spice and pepper heat. Read Less
