🦞 Clear straw cider. Medium-sour whitecurrant in the scent, a hint of pear in the background. Slightly sour whitecurrant is obvious on the tongue, as if seasoned with apple zest. Feels light, sparkling, refreshing, dry and marginally drying. Excellent!
