6 months bottled. Liquorice and leather aroma. Silky mouthfeel, but currently a touch thin for me. Rich and roasty, dark currants flavour. And some strong black coffee. A dry smokey finish. Basically it smells, feels and tastes v dark and v grown up!

Gently warmed by the rum. Very proud of this one. Two years and the carbonation was ideal. I think the age has smoothed and rounded the edges a little too. The raisins were always subtle, and they're still there. Lovely.
