Robert, or ‘Bob’ as his mother calls him, had always been stronger than he looked, but known to be a sweet and gentle soul. Coffee Supreme has poured itself into creating this unique white coffee stout with us. Brewed using no dark malts at all, Robert sees Maris Otter, wheat, Munich and Vienna malts combine with rolled oats to form a deceivingly stout, yet pale, foundation. Coffee Supreme Brazil Bob-O-Link coffee beans, along with cacao nibs, are added to the beer following fermentation to lend smooth ‘stout-like’ characters – without any of the typical dark colour.
