Again, the server wasn't very helpful. He said "my boss calls this the Queen of Scots" so I am not even sure if the name is right, much less the style (other than that it is mead). He also said it was a lambic mead. Bottom line is that it is not very good

Hate to say it, but I had to add this and I don't really have any of the details. The guy working right now does not seem very knowledgeable so I am not even sure I chose the right mead style. Tastes like more of a cider than a mead.
