Little lighter head than I was hoping for. 3 beans. Might up in the future. Get it on the aroma but not as much in the flavor. Chocolate with some bitterness and sweetness

First go. It’s hot. But not burning. May need to read up on back sweetening a touch before bottling next time. Feels thin as well. Cinnamon and vanilla is there but will add more next go.
