Belgian Blond Ale has deep golden color, sweet pils malt character along with spicy hop nose, yeast character that is distinct, may be notice as perfumy or honey-like alcohol, or fruity yeast esters, commonly orange-like. Light sweetness comes also from candy sugar that has been used as one of the components. High carbonation can give bubbly sensation in mouth-filling. Moderate alcohol warmth, but in smooth level. Everything is topped with large, dense, and creamy white head. Traditionally no spices has been used, although the ingredients and fermentation by-products may give an impression of spicing, recalls of oranges.

Midium alcohol strenght, moderate carbonation and long lasting hoppy finish, together with fruity texture, makes that beer unique hybrid, and pleasent bewerage to drink.

Irish dry Stout. Our next proposition of stouts. Very dark, roasty and bitter. Nitrogen-infused to give it an extra smooth and creamy mouthfeel. Flavor in this beer starts with an aroma full of coffee and chocolate caused by using highly kilned barley and flaked barley with hint of oat, all that creates nice mouthfeel, and perfect offwhite creamy foam. Pitch black, but not heavy at all, low alcohol strenght and low carbonation makes this stout extreamly easy to drink.

German noble hops that we used in Vienna Lager stays on low level but at the same time are present, and nicely supporting Vienna malt, not competing with it. Happy 30th anniversary! Our Bourbon Stout brewed the same way as the previous editions, with a big malt bill and plenty of hop bitterness for balance the roasted barley that imparts notes of dark chocolate. As a finishing touch, the beer was eaged in kegs with bourbon barrel chips. The barrel chips aging gives the beer a spicy, vanilla, coconut character and a pleasant, warming finish.

That is collaboration brew between Trondheim Mikrobryggeri and Oslo Mikrobryggeri.
White Ipa is a hybrid of Belgian Witbier and IPA. Light and misty with a lot of wheat. Hazy appearance. Beer contains spices like orange peel and coriander, finished with a slight edge of acidity. Carbonation slightly above average.
Instead of traditional European noble hops like in Witbier, we have used a lot of Amerikan which gives a distinct bitterness, that mingle with the aroma.

Our Bourbon Stout was brewed the same way as the first edition, with a big malt bill and plenty of hop bitterness for balance the roasted barley that imparts notes of dark chocolate. Våren har kommet og vi slipper en lys og etter vårt syn spennende Pale Ale. Dette er vår første store batch brygget med Kveik. Ølet har fått en relativt lys farge, litt tåkete/hazy og er humlet med Nectaron og Callista.
Her kan det forventes moderat bitterhet, og mer fokus på fruktighet og aroma.

First sip reveals a medium body and gentle rolling carbonation. Flavor is similar to the nose, with a mild overall profile, but with some roasted malt and dry baker's chocolate. These flavors roll to sweet raspberry notes, and finish medium sweet.
