An American, "west coast-style" IPA made with rye and oats, as well as Amarillo, Cascade, and Columbus hops. Five citrus fruit peels (lemon, lime, orange, ruby red grapefruit, and tangelo) were used in secondary fermentation with a healthy dose of dry hops and some oak chips. The result is a full bodied, crisp, citrus-infused IPA with a refreshing finish and some light oak character. The oats add to the overall full-bodied mouthfeel, and the rye gives the beer a hint of bread character while accentuating the bitterness of the hops. Congratulations to everyone at Untappd for their first year of inspiring people to drinking socially! Read Less
