With the rise of craft beer in America, Nashville restaurateurs, songwriters and venue owners who knew each other for a long time were looking for a local beer that was both drinkable and embodied the spirit of Music City. While many breweries were opening up, they all seemed to focus on unique flavors and new twists on existing beer. We were looking for a beer that was BOTH drinkable AND tasted like beer. You know - beer that could be brought on tour with us, sold at our outdoor events, brought on stage during shows, and proudly displayed behind our bars and in our establishments. So we recruited a Gold Medal winning brewer to help us develop the world's greatest tasting light beer, Music City Light!
