We set out to make a rare beer style-an imperial blonde ale. The goal was to make a beer that is incredibly smooth and drinkable, but with a high ABV. To do this we took the base recipe for our Honey! Basil Blonde and kicked up the amount of grain and honey used. To increase the drinkability even further, we added just a hint of citrus in the form of orange peel. The result is a beer with double the danger of drinking. You've been warned! Read Less
