For over eight decades, the monks of St. Mary's Abbey in Morristown, NJ have lovingly cultivated their Abbey Orchard on a hillside, south of the monastery. The orchard is home to a variety of apple and pear trees, whose fruit is a welcome addition to the monks' table. For many years, the monks have enjoyed sweet cider made from their apples. 2022 is the first time, though, that a significant portion of the apples have been pressed and fermented to bring you this crisp, semi-sweet, and full flavored hard cider.
