About 8yrs old now and this is the last bottle. Still some carbonation and cherry flavour but quite thin. No hint of alcohol at all.

Still holding up. Brett has done its job of scavenging the oxygen and evolving this beer into an aromatic mellow fruity sipper. 9 yrs old now and maturing nicely.

Smooth with some residual malty sweetness. Chocolate, dried fruit and a light spiciness. 2011 vintage and I believe this is the last bottle.

Plenty of brett in the nose with caramel malt notes. Full bodied with fruity notes. Lots of hop bitterness as the hop flavours have faded now. More barley wine than IPA now with a dry bretty finish. Understandable I guess as I bottled this 8 yrs ago.

Sweet, malty and fruity with a tannic dryness. Quite boozy tasting.

Rich malt and dried apricot flavours. Fairly sweet and fruity with a light alcohol warmth and plenty of phenolic brett character. An 8yr old vintage homebrew which has evolved nicely. Good ole brett!

Some of the fragrant quince aroma has faded but there's plenty of jammy plum flavour. Pretty dry and the oak flavour has come more to the fore now.

Mellow fruitiness with raisins & plums. Rich sweet malt with a light funky note. Dry oaky tannins in the finish. Seems to improve a little on each tasting.

Nice carbonation with good head retention. Dry bretty & fruity with a little bitter almond in the finish. Some mellow alcohol warth lingers at the end. Bottled 3.5yrs ago and seems to improve a little each tasting.

Sweet, malty and fruity with a tart and fragrant edge from the quince. A gentle warmth in the finish.

Rich with the tart quince & fruity plums balancing nicely. The sweetness has mellowed and there's a good dry oakey finish. Bottled 2yrs ago now and the carbonation is spot on. Altogether more harmonious and now coming into its prime.
