The splash of the 2021 October Beer really added some character to this one. Muted the caramel and toffee, sadly, but upped the hoppiness. A small sample was deemed necessary while working on apple pies.

This one is like a great West Coast triple IPA at this point. Hugely hoppy, tons of citrus (mostly grapefruit), lots of bitterness, and even though it was quite high in finishing gravity, it’s well balanced. Really looking forward to how it is in a year!
