This is a humongous chocolatey stout with tons of character from massive amounts of chocolate and toasted malts to back up the generous amount of toasted coconut and finished off with a bit of vanilla and maple syrup. According to some, humanity is born with a built-in urge to do bad things. In that spirit, we tried to do something good when we designed this beer, using a massive malt base to create depth and complexity with the right amount of roasted malt and caramel notes. Upon that base we layered more than twice the amount of cocoa nibs that we’ve ever used in a beer before, along with a healthy dose of vanilla. What came out of the tank is a full-on dark chocolate parade for the palate – combining accents of milk chocolate,
vanilla, and freshly roasted coffee with a deeply, rich cocoa coating for the entire mouth. Some say that we’re all born into sin, so we may as well taste the forbidden fruit while we’re here. Read Less

Idaho 7 is our favourite new hop because they’re piney, tropical, fruity, citrusy, earthy, and floral all at once. How can you beat that? By combining it with Loral hops - the newest “hot hop” that is bursting with lemon-citrus and dark fruit character. On top of that, we used Cryo Loral, which are specially processed with liquid nitrogen to separate the lupulin glands from the rest of the hop plant to give more of that sweet hop nectar. We brewed them up with Golden Promise malt, chewy oats, and smooth wheat to give a luscious mouthfeel and body to accentuate these special hops. Perfect for a picnic on a beautiful day in Idaho... or anywhere.

WATER, BARLEY, WHEAT, OATS, HOPS, YEAST.

APPEARENCE;
POURS A HAZY, PALE GOLD WITH A MEDIUM, WHITE FOAMY HEAD.

AROMA;
STONE FRUIT AND PINE WITH TROPICAL NOTES. FLAVOUR A MIX OF PEACHES, MANGO, WITH A TOUCH OF MANDARIN AND A RESINOUS FINISH. TASTES LIKE A BLUE MR. FREEZE.
