My 3rd attempt at a red; still not there, but not unpleasant - just not the ephemeral “red” I’m seeking. Nice hop flavour though.

Alas not the red maltiness for which I was aiming. Slightly odd bitterness that outweighs maltiness. Muted hop flavour even though it was dry-hopped.

Nice & clean, dry finish, very pleasant botanicals. Slight pepperiness & interesting light flavour from the zest. Almost a wit-like beer.
