Not as good as the non-DH version. Next time I will use less hops and something besides Hallertau Blanc (used them in all my Pilsner DH so far, because I love Parti Colour from Wiseacre?!)

Came out much better than the last Pilsner attempt. Still left a bit to be desired - could’ve been a bit more bitter and less floral as well as having a slightly drier mouthfeel. Killed the keg in about 3-4 weeks with friends help!
