After 4 years it's aging amazingly. Wish I had more.

Very tart with cantaloupe middle and cucumber finish.

Definitely past it's best date but still great. Little hop, faded bourbon but big oak with a phenomenal vanilla finish.

Earned the Paint the Town Red (Level 2) badge!

Aged extremely well. Great complexity, fantastic sour without being too much. Sad this is the last of it.

Very nice, very sour

2013 vintage. Prominent grape fruit, solid acid back.

2013 vintage. Everything in balance, funk, tart, bourbon, hop, malt. Best beer produced by far.

Oxidized hop nose, burned caramel malts.

Getting better with age. Lots of tart and barrel with a huge overtone of fresh cucumber.

Much better after some time, dark caramel coated malt with a background of dried fig and date.

Deliciousness

Great caramelized malts, deep sweet dark fruit. Bit of oxidation on the end.

Perfect summer beer. Mild tart, big cucumber, and great barrel complexity.

Bourbon cherry wood aged. Awesome after a year. Dry and wood tannins, sweet cherry, vanilla chocolate.
