Behold! The Moon! A truly mysterious celestial body. Strange size, strange in its geological makeup, strange in orbit, strange in the way it rang like a bell right after the moon landing. Moon-spiracies are abundant. Most “hollow moon” ideas blend with “spaceship moon” ideas, referring to the notion that the moon is some sort of artificial construction placed in our orbit for reasons ranging from creating humanity to merely drifting into our orbit accidentally. Why would someone create a moon or install it artificially? Tides? The length of day and night? What would those everyday features of the Earth be like without the Moon? How has that shaped us? How about eclipses? To have eclipses happen, you’d need a moon about 1/400th the size of the Sun that’s also about 400 times closer than the Sun so that both appear to be about the same size in the sky. That’s what we have. What are the odds of that? Astronomical?

Do you like piña coladas? Getting caught in the rain of coconutty, pinappley hop-tacular dankness? This is Hollow Moon IPA and it’s great for sipping on at midnight on the dunes of Sea of Tranquility. It’s also lovely to drink on an Earthbound afternoon anywhere. Not overly bitter, not overly sweet or juicy, Hollow Moon is an intriguing beer that feels familiar but still has some secrets you haven’t figured out yet. Read Less

Simcoe fills your senses with all its signature citrus-meets-berry smells. The conspiracy: Phantom time is a conspiracy by the Holy Roman Emperor Otto III, Pope Sylvester II, and possibly the Byzantine emperor Constantine VII to fabricate the Anno Domini dating system retrospectively so that it placed them in the special year of AD 1000. This includes the falsification of the entire Carolingian period, including the figure of Charlemagne, creating a period of "phantom time" of close to three centuries (AD 614 to 911) added to the early middle ages.

The beer: This beer has pine and guava all up in your nose thanks to 21st-century hops Mosaic and El Dorado intermingling in the dry-hop. Look! Up in the sky! It’s a bird! It’s a plane! NO! It’s a drone from the Avian Surveillance Division! As we all know, a murmuration is just a transdimensional sleight of hand. The folks that say “birds” aren’t real are confused. “Birds” are “real,” but they aren’t what the American Ornithological Society says they are. Recording devices? Certainly! But drones? Never! These “birds” aren’t something a primate soldered together. Most likely, “birds” are serving extradimensional intelligence beyond our comprehension. Evidence has revealed “birds” moving in and out of our dimension in a way the human eye can’t perceive. In the swirl, old units slip out of our reality and are replaced with fresh ones. What are they trying to learn?

What if you crossed a mango with a grapefruit? Hops can make dreams come true! We added Citra and Amarillo hops at the end of the boil and followed up with a big dry hop of the same. Citra brings that grapefruit zest and mango flesh to the nose, and Amarillo brings out pith for some refreshing fruit juice-style bitterness on the tongue. Paul McCartney, singer, bassist, songwriter, imposter? Since the mid-sixties, there has been a persistent rumor that Paul McCartney somehow perished in a car wreck and was replaced both in his band and in the lives of his loved ones. “Evidence” for this was everywhere.
As we all know, in 1966, Paul died in a car accident and was replaced by a young lookalike named Billy Shears, often referred to as “Faux Paul” or simply “Faul.” This was a calculated move by the band, their manager, and MI6 who enjoyed the distraction Beatlemania provided. The band then retired from public performance and began their “Studio Years.” They reluctantly acceded to this deception, but their guilt overcame them, and they began leaking hints of the truth. Some say that Paul being shoeless on the cover of Abbey Road represents him being dead. Certain roses on Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club are arranged in a funerary fashion, with certain songs played backward to reveal the secret confessions. The list goes on… John even sang the line, “Here’s another clue for you all, the Walrus is Paul,” the Walrus being the Scandinavian avatar of death. The question isn’t “Who is Paul?” we know that. It’s been decades, and Faul has been Paul longer than Paul was Paul, and certainly, Faul has been Paul longer than Billy was Billy. The question is, WHAT is Paul? A man from Liverpool or an idea? As we all know, LSD quiets the mind and puts users in a highly suggestible trance. That's how psychedelic drugs work. That's what CIA Director Allen Dulles believed in 1953 when he launched MK-Ultra, the CIA's acid-fueled mind control program. Soon G-Men who'd never sniffed a "jazz cigarette" before were squirting syringes of MIL-SPEC brain gravy at each other. What could go wrong? What did go wrong? Who knows? Dulles got the ax; they burned all the records and canceled the program. They did cancel the program, right? I don't have the answers; I'm just asking the chicken.

MK ULTRA has changed! Or maybe we've always brewed it this way, and you've changed universes. Either way, what's in your glass now is a friendly, fluffy, fruity IPA brewed with Simcoe, Amarillo, and Chinook hops. These Chinooks are throwing a little lavender without bringing any hop bitterness. These flavors look like a kaleidoscope of rad and sound like deliciousness. As we all know, it started with the Annunaki. Mesopotamian myth reveals humans were created through genetic engineering by these reptilian aliens with interstellar gold fever. The Annunaki want us working in their mines, but Earth’s Agarthan Dragon-Men want humans focused on spiritual development. The Saurians, dinosaur descendants from the Earth’s crust, want the Annunaki, Dragon-Men, and humans off their world.
