Sweet, but not too sugary. The barrel aging gives the stout a smooth-Smoky flavor. The chocolate notes are vibrant and welcomed. This is comparable to a Praire Artison Ale stout, which in my book is high praise!

This was canned on 1/30/2020 this has been stored in a closet. And then moved to an other closed. It doesn’t have the nesquik like it had in the beginning. More bitter now. Still awesome. Have a few more to go still.
