Third. Pale lemon colour, faintest haze. Light, tart, juicy, vinous aroma. The taste is basically cider vinegar with an acetone nuance - clean but not for drinking.

Third. Quite rich gold, faint haze. Strong juicy aroma, a bit pithy, sweet and less rustic than most festival ciders. High acidity, moderate sweetness, vinous; a bit astringent for me. If it was sparkling I'd find it much more drinkable. Not bad though.
