Bourbon Countyでもあったら〆に飲もうかと思っていたらなかったので、替わりにこのRed IPAで〆にしとこう。後は宿で一本飲むかどうか。さっきのペールエールがシトラスなら、これはオレンジなホップの個性。そう言えば今の上海はクリスマスの装飾があちこちで目に付いた。正月が旧正月だと、クリスマスの時期もずれるのだろうか？

実質的に今日が中国での最終日なので軽くサクッと。Goose Islandに来てみた。上海オリジナルのグースアイランドはつながっていないのかと思いきや、やはりこれはGoose Island Shanhaiのペールエールのようだ。Cascadeホップの基本的なペールエール。柑橘類な風味がなかなか強い。
