Saison translates to season. Each of the four divisions of the year bring different weather patterns, fauna, and pace of life.

The flavor saison yeast imparts is greatly based on temperature and time. The higher temps of late spring and early summer days mixed with the cool nights create a balance and depth that is unique to its timeframe.

Fermented at the changing room temperature of our brewery produced flavors of fresh bread, straw, bubblegum, and subtle fruit with a clean finish.

Ruby Throated Raspberry Tart Ale is a collaboration with homebrewer Danny Hernandez, winner of the Central Arkansas Fermenters’ wheat beer contest.

Ruby Throated pours a rose hue, is made using 100% real fruit, and comes in at an approachable 3.7% ABV.

The citrus forward acidity from kettle souring with lactobacillus mixed with the subtle pungency of the raspberries created an extremely thirst-quenching summer beer.
