You look pretty in pink is a fruited sour beer where the sourness is not the dominating part but part of the character. It contains an insane load of raspberry but has also been dry-hopped with modern world hops. Even cocoa
nibs and a touch of milk sugar have been added. Finally, it was stored on American oak for some time.
This gives a complex beer where the raspberry for sure is dominant but many more layers can be found from the cocoa and oak. Read Less

Cherryfied is not for the faint of heart.
It has a terrifying amount of cherries and a remarkable amount of warm spices like vanilla, cinnamon and also lactose to give it body.
It is a tempting dark and sweet-sour alley of taste.
To give it even more layers it has rested on fruity hops and American oak.
The foundation is a traditional sour Berliner Weisse - then topped with fruits and spices.

Respect is our Pilsner brewed with Swedish hops from
Kornheddinge outside Lund in Sweden.
So why do we call it Respect?
A Pilsner is building on proud traditions and is one of the
most difficult beers to brew. We respect the craftsmanship that lays
behind a good Pilsner.
Furthermore, we use local Swedish hops that taste and smells of
late summer. Respecting the richness of our local crops and the
farmers that provide us with them.
This is a beer that is building on good old craftsmanship and high
quality ingredients.

"Your kiss tastes like strawberry" is a heavily fruited sour IPA.
It's tart but not extremely sour, which makes it very refreshing.
We started with a solid malt-bed where lime zest was added.
Then we fermented it with Norwegian Kveik yeast and Lactobacillus Plantarum. Finally, a huge amount of strawberries, some citrusy hops and a touch of vanilla were added.
The end product is a tart and very fruity beer with lots of strawberries aroma and taste.

Our Sour IPA "Defragmented Mango" is something special.
We started with a creamy malt bed and added our mixed fermentation to it, to give a good mouthfeel, some tartness and lots of fruity esters.
Then we added lots of mangoes, some hops to compliment the mangoes and finally Thai basil to give that extra twist.
The beer is very fruity with some tartness and a little kick of spices.

"Orange that!" is a tart and extremely refreshing beer with loads of orange taste. Every ingredient has been added to enhance the orange aroma and taste.
Malt, orange zest, yeast, orange pure and hops have been selected to give different layers of orange.
We call it a Sour IPA as it's slightly sour and a big amount of hops has been added. It's low on alcohol so it might be ok to have two :-)

"I still dream about you" is a New England IPA, meaning
there is little bitterness but a lot of fruitness from hops.
To make it even more fruity we have fermented on Norweigan
Kveik yeast.
The hops are Sabro and Citra giving it a touch of coconut and
a lot of citruses.
It's not heavy in alcohol but still, have a good body due to wheat and oat in the malt-bed.

Our German ale is based on a traditional pilsner recipe
but fermented as an ale, however cooler than normal.
This gives a minimum of fruity ester production - just enough
to sense it and no more.
Furthermore, we gently dry-hopped with both fruity,
modern world hops and traditional earthy noble hops.
What we get is a refreshing beer that reminds of pilsner
but has some citrus notes without stepping into IPA land.
Drink it when you want more than a lager but don't want the punch
from an IPA.

We at Flying Guru Brewery loves juicy New England IPA's and we love to drink a lot of them. Therefore we did a session NEIPA with an alcohol percentage not higher than a normal Pilsner.
Even that the alcohol is low the fruitiness and the overall taste is high.
This is a crisp and refreshing beer with tones of fruity notes from the heavy dry hopping and also the high fermentation temperature on Norwegian Kveik yeast.
Make sure to drink this beer fresh to enjoy all the good stuff from the hops.

Vår första vildjästa öl har varit på väg i 2 år.
Först ägnade vi 6 månader åt att "fånga" rätt kombination av bakterier och jäst från området där vi brygger.
Ölet tillbringade sedan 14 månader på vitvinsfat och slutligen 4 månader på flaska.
Det är en uppvisning av vår jäst och bakterier, där vi bara har tillsatt lite bitter humle för att hålla syran på en måttlig nivå.
Smak och arom kommer att utvecklas, men just nu får vi röda och gröna äpplen, citronskal, funk, vitt vin och lite exotisk frukt på näsan.
I smaken får vi lätt syra, gröna och röda äpplen, grapefrukt, vitt vin, kvitten.
Vårt mål med ölen var ett syrligt och absolut inte surt öl som är lätt och torrt med gröna frukttoner och som en vindrickare också ska kunna uppskatta. Read Less

Admit it, there is nothing like a cold crisp lager and some
delicious burritos. It's simple but extremely delicious.
Our Mexican lager is also simple but not lacking in quality
ingredients and thereby richness.
We have added corn which gives a nice round end to the beer
and to imitate the traditional lime we have used Motueka hops
which is rich in lime notes.
With this beer, we wanted to show that a refreshing cold Mexican
lager doesn't have to be boring.
So grab your burrito and enjoy a simple but yet full-bodied Mexican
Lager.

Love is not easy - one day it's bitter and the other day it's
sweet.
"Do you still love me as you used to do" carries the same elements. A traditional kettle sour combined with pomegranate and citrusy hops gives a lot of freshness and tartness to the beer. Then we have added a hint of lavender and milk sugar for the sweetness.
The beer is extremely refreshing and will make you want more of the bittersweet love. Read Less

Can you imagine one day where the cool craft beer drinkers suddenly get tired of the thick milkshake forwarded hoppy NEIPA and just want a clean beer with all the nice fruity hops? And maybe something that is not so strong that it will make you sing old love songs after one beer?
We prepared for that with our hoppy Berliner Weisse.
It's a traditional kettle-soured Berliner Weisse but then pumped with fruity hops - actually one sort of hop - Sabro Cryo.
With 4.2% you can easily have a couple and still enjoy all the great hop flavour.
