This is an indicator species for the health of the Pinyon Jay ecosystem that is currently seeing dramatic change. Through this collaboration and a dramatic change. Through this collaboration and a community science monitoring program, we hope to bring a greater awareness and the data needed to help this bird and the place it calls home safe and healthy for generations to come.
