Hop Drifter is a concept. We will use a combination of three different hops in every batch, to appreciate how the beer Drifts in flavor and aroma. This beer will give us the opportunity to use different techniques and ratios of hops in different combinations. For the style we decided to do a Double IPL. Lager yeast fermentation is more cleaner, since it produces less esters than an Ale yeast. This gives the hops the opportunity to shine a lot more. Sit back and enjoy the Drift, Cheers!!! Read Less

The Ghost Sour Project is the culmination of what we've been working since 2015. The main focus is combining the flavors of fruits that we grow at our home, combining them with other fruits and using a House Sour Blend that we've been working on since 2015. Each beer takes from 6 to 18 months to be ready. For this version we decided to do a Hybrid of Sour Beer. Taking a queue form a dig in which they found a type of beer that had barley, honey and grapes. For our version we used a Sour Blond, Sour Mead and to substitute the wine, we used a Sour Hard Cider. For fruit we used Jobo from our yard. The Jobo gives this beer a beautiful kind of white wine flavor that we really enjoy. We hope that you enjoy them as much as we do, Cheers!!! Read Less
