Northern Helles is our flagship lager. We use German malt and ferment cold with a Swiss lager yeast strain, for a clean malt backbone with notes of sweet crusty bread. Our unique house acid culture is added in the brewhouse to control the pH level of the beer and achieve a crisp, refreshing finish after fermentation.

We top it all off by moderately hopping with New Zealand hops for hints of floral fruit, complementing the crispness perfectly.

Northern Helles is hazy, served unfiltered, and perfect for cracking open with friends. Read Less

This light Belgian inspired pale was brewed with a rustic malt bill of locally grown Northumbrian Spelt and Rye, then hit with a large dose of Amarillo and Mittelfruh hops. Fermented with Beaujolais wine yeast for a mix of esters, giving way to a gentle acidity from our house culture, and a string bitterness to finish.

A collaboration with independent small batch bakery Northern Rye. To be paired with their bespoke Spelt and Rye bread baked with spent grain from this beer.

Donzoko and Braybrooke share a love of classic lager styles. This Vienna Lager was originally brewed by Reece and Braybrooke head brewer Mario on Braybrooke Farm. It was so good we decided to brew it again in Hartlepool

Vienna malt and a small amount of caramel malt build a beautiful amber colour and bready character. Classic German hops impart a light bitterness and floral hop character. We adjusted pH with our lactic acid culture, fermented with Braybrooke’s house yeast and matured it cold for 30 days. The end result is a delicious lager with a slight malt sweetness, light enough to be enjoyed over and over again. Read Less
