We were preparing for a hot summer and wanted to brew something light and refreshing to get us through hot afternoons. This witbier has only 4.4% ABV and we added some ginger and lemongrass to make it extra refreshing. We were afraid to overcarbonate so we were conservative with adding bottlesugar, but by doing so undercorbonated a little. Don't let that spoil the joy and enjoy the White Ghost. Read Less

We started brewing with the intention of brewing an double neipa of 8%. While brewing and adding the oat flakes, wheat flakes and pilsner malt to the basket we found out one thing: it didn't fit. Using some creativity we raised the basket using two spoons (lepeltjes).

Well, it didn't work out as we expected and the abv dropped a little. The citra and mosaic hops we're as refreshing as always however so please enjoy our first neipa! Read Less
