Goudgeel bier met fijn wittig schuim. G licht zurig, fruitig, frisse Brett. S klein zoetje, snel opkomend fris zuurtje die verder uitvloeit en droog wordt. Groene appel. Mooi in CO2. Brett blijft fris hangen.
