A final dry hop addition of Moutere for some added chewy, resin and that classic grapefruit and pine finish with a hint of passionfruit. It is easy drinking, more-ish, clear and precisely what you need every time you go looking for a West Coast IPA. Read Less

Flying Fox is a Black IPA with a very dark brown to black appearance with a persistent brown head. Featuring lovely aromas of orange, pine, espresso coffee and chocolate. Flavour is a jaffa-esque orange and chocolate interplay with a really nice toffee and caramel milk chocolate interplay. Supporting bitterness but perfectly balanced combination with the US hops and chocolate wheat. Medium bodied but resinous beauty and perfectly balanced bitterness.

Hopped with big US hops, Citra, Cascade, Centennial and Amarillo. A two-stage dry hop of Centennial and Amarillo and then a second stage with Citra and Cascade. Read Less

Our latest Hazy IPA brewed with Heidelberg Premium Pils, Chit, Flaked Oats and Flaked Wheat for the grist and slight haze, epic head and backing sweetness. Cascade and Citra hotside followed by a triple dry hop combo of Citra T90, then Cryo Mosaic and Cryo Idaho 7 before a final Citra T45 hit. This is an absolute bomb hazy. Lallemand Verdant Yeast was used for this batch and we love it.

Low straw haze with persistent fluffy head you could land a helicopter on. Lovely aroma of orange peel, guava and strawberry with some candy sweetness. The flavour is banging with juicy orange, tangerine with some ripe mango for good measure. Backed by a balancing sweetness, medium to full body and massively juicy. Read Less

I mean it when I say juice. 25 micron bag has stripped most of the haze and the particulate so it is stable as.
