A nod to the oldest brewery in the world, Bayerische Staatsbrauerei Weihenstephan and their fantastic line up of beers. What a great history they have left for us as brewers and beer drinkers.

This wheat beer would be illegal to make in the 1400's when the Reinheitsgebot was written but with advances in farming we are no longer competing with bakers for grain.

We, however, have made this beer with just the basics: Wheat and Barley, one Noble Hop, Water and Yeast. Any flavors you taste will come from our single celled friends who get loved and carefully cared for throughout the whole process.

So I say to you, "Austrinken!" or "Drink Up!"

This hush, hush beer tells of a great many men who spilled the beans, cocao to be exact, and have not yet, not come back (See thats a double negative so...you'll get it). As legend would have it, this beer is brewed in the middle of the night, 12:34am Tonga Standard Time, which mean's it brewed tomorrow, right now!? Most men dream about having this nightmare, but for us we dare to pretend to not too. Guajillo, ancho, chipotle and mulato chilies, cinnamon, cumin, clove, allspice, coriander, vanilla, orange and chocolate finish out this very eclectic stout. Read Less

I took it as a challenge and created a stout unlike anything we have ever created.
