Wow. Fruity esters, with almost a maple syrup sweetness with carmelized sugar. Stone fruits mixed in there. Very interesting take on the style, but it comes out great. I like it.

Caramel, dates, toffe, raisins. Touches of vanilla on the finish from the barrel, but no tannic oak influence. The aroma is almost like chocolate frosting. It is quite good. The barrel does not overpower the actual beer.

Strongest wheat beer i’ve had. Very smooth, you wouldn’t guess it’s 10%. Bursting with fruity esters of banana, pear, and grapefruit. Some coriander and spices on the back end.
