Primer registro, birra muy maltosa con ligero carácter ahumado, color ámbar oscuro y espuma de retención media alta, retrogusto largo y muy bebible. Una buena interpretación del estilo Rauchbier de la ciudad alemana de Bamberg, adaptada al gusto manchego.

Right place, right time. Not mad into IPAs, but rate this. Balanced but quite complex hoppiness, with a smooth finish, obviously unfiltered. Bought from the brewery tap just outside Alcazar De San Juan station, where we’re waiting for our train to Cordoba
