Ferry Wijnhoven: ...van een brouwerij met Belgische roots. Dit is een 5.8% abv stout. Pikzwart bier met een kleine lichtbruine schuimkraag. Geur geeft erg veel donkere chocolade en koffie. Intens roasty aroma. De smaak is een mooie balans van zoet en bitter. Ook hier..
Ferry Wijnhoven: ...associaties van donkere chocolade en koffie. Mooie volle smaak voor zo'n laag abv. De triple leche cake ging er perfect bij. Het was een mooie tasting met interessante bieren en leuke mensen. Een erg toffe klus om te mogen doen.
Freek Wellerdieck: Wat een vette klus! Hoe is de Chileense bierscene?
Ferry Wijnhoven: Freek W. Op basis van deze tasting flights nog een eind te gaan, maar heeft zeker potentie. Ik ben voornamelijk erg benieuwd naar de bieren met lokale (exotische) ingrediënten. Die miste vandaag.
