Full Juice & Wild Fermented in the Highlands - 5%ABV

Made from a blend of apples grown in Somerset with our own locally grown varieties. Naturally sweet keeved cider and fully dry ciders blended together to create a medium dry full juice cider.

Apples used were 50% Dabinett & Yarlington Mill (Grown in Somerset) and 50% predominantly James Grieve and Katy along with a smattering of various unknown donated garden apples (Grown in the Highlands)

Unpasteurised with no sulphites added, gluten-free and suitable for vegans. Read Less

Made from local Highland apples grown on unsprayed trees, the pulp is macerated for 48 hours prior to pressing on our traditional oak press. Fermented cold using only wild yeast in ex whisky cask over the winter.

Craobh Làn (pronounced kind of like "croove lahn") means Full Tree in Gaelic ?
This cider was fermented from not only the juice but also the apple pulp left after pressing. Left with just the natural wild yeast until late December the cider was then moved into a fresh barrel along with apple wood from the winter orchard pruning. Allowed to mature for another 4 months before seeing the light of day and bottled pét-nat this is something very special indeed. An orchard in a glass
